1. Supply Price.com with up-to-date product prices, shipping and handling and stock information.
2. Clearly define and make easily accessible customer service policies on the vendor site. The customer service policy should include information on returns, shipping prices and procedures, company contacts, and credit card procedures.

The vendor may then, at Price.com's discretion, become eligible for reapplication to the program after the vendor demonstrates to Price.com that their customer service issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
